Audit4 is provided by Audit4 Compliance Ltd on a monthly subscription basis following a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Customers retain ownership of the audit data they enter into the system. Audit4 Compliance Ltd retains ownership of all software, branding and intellectual property. We aim to provide a reliable cloud service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts where these terms are breached or where required for security or maintenance. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous twelve months except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not upload unlawful, offensive or malicious content, attempt unauthorised access to the service, interfere with system security, or use Audit4 to distribute malware or spam. Accounts may be suspended where misuse is identified.
